What are the booth sizes and prices?

We have 6x10, 10x12, 12x12, and rooms. Prices vary depending on size of the space you are renting and can be seen on the application as well as flyers at the market.

When can I set up or break down?

We allow exhibitors to set up on the Friday before market weekend from 10 am to 4 pm, on Saturday between 7 am to 9 am, and Sunday from 9 am to 10 am. Booths must be ready by start of market on Saturday at 9 am, Sunday at 10 am.

We allow exhibitors to break down at the end of market on Sundays until 4:30 pm. Please communicate any issues with the market manager.

Can I only participate on a Saturday or Sunday?

We require exhibitors to be set up on both Saturday and Sunday. Please communicate with the market manager for any issues.

Can I leave my items?

Yes, but only if you are participating in consecutive weekends. PCB Market is not liable for any items left unattended.

What are your hours?

The market is open for business with customers on Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.

Management allows exhibitors to come in on Fridays from 10 am to 4 pm to make changes to your booth, bring in items, or take out items.

Do you provide tables?

No, the market does not provide anything except the space to set up your items. You are responsible for your own tables, chairs, racks, etc.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, for our exhibitors only. Please refer to the set up email sent out weekly for this information.

Can I choose my space?

No, we have a lot of repeat exhibitors, so we must fills spaces as they become available.

Will my space have power?

Power outlets are not guaranteed. On the application, there is a notes section where you can request access to power outlet. It is not guaranteed that you will get a space with an outlet. Please be aware there is an additional weekly fee for power use.

Will my space have walls available to hang items?

Wall space is not guaranteed. On the application, you can request to have wall space in the notes section, but it is not guaranteed that you will get a space with walls.
